the winter solstice is just one week away, so it's time to make sure you’re ready to sow the seeds of success for next season...

Winter Solstice Sowing❓❄️🌱

In our northern region, we typically winter sow our milkweed seeds in February on Super Sow Sunday 🏈, but many gardeners further south sow seeds on/near the winter solstice (December 21st) to make sure seeds receive a proper cold moist stratification to improve germination rate next spring.
